Sessions and Duration

We meet face to face for 50 minutes on a weekly basis, ideally the same time every week. There is no set duration, some people feel ready to stop after a few weeks, others feel they need longer. It is difficult to predict how many sessions are needed or wanted. I feel that six sessions is a good starting point. During our work together I believe that regular reviews are helpful to discuss how you feel things are progressing. Respecting your autonomy in line with BACP ethics the decision will always be determined by you the client.

Fees

Individual counselling £45  

Few student concessions £35

Home Visits £45 (there may be an additional travel fee for this service dependent on location)

I do offer a few places for individuals on low incomes, based on a sliding scale. If this applies to you I would be happy to discuss this with you further. For this service proof of income would be required.

Payment

I require payment in advance by Bank Transfer or Cash. Once payment has been received session will be confirmed

Cancellation Policy

​

I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you are unable to attend please contact me prior to re-arrange session. If you do need to cancel I will always endeavour to accommodate this. and rearrange the session.  However, if this is not possible due to availability of slots full cost of the session will be charged.
